Rather than treating one layer at a time, Scarology integrates advanced clinical techniques in a planned sequence:  subcision to release tethered scar tissue; biostimulators to restore dermal support; CO2 laser resurfacing enhanced with exosomes to accelerate regeneration; and an exosome mask to calm and optimise recovery.

Acne Scars: All Types of Acne Scars Treatment (1 Session)

Scarology combines subcision, biostimulators, CO2 laser with exosomes, and an exosome mask in one bespoke session. Each layer targets a different depth of scarring. The protocol is built entirely around your scar pattern. This is an exclusive Medcura treatment.

Acne Scars: 3 Session Course

A three-session course for more established scarring. Each visit combines subcision, scar filling with dermal fillers, and CO2 laser with exosomes to rebuild the skin progressively. Full aftercare is included across the course.

Hypertrophic and Surgical Scars

Treated within the Scarology protocol using fractional CO2 laser to remodel excess collagen, subcision to release tethering, and biostimulators to restore dermal support. Techniques are selected based on the depth and nature of each scar.

Keloid Scars: Keloid Scar Treatment

Intralesional corticosteroid injections reduce inflammation and flatten overgrown tissue from within. Fractional CO2 laser then remodels the surface and improves texture. Exosome therapy is added in selected cases to support healing.

Open Pores: Enlarged Pore Resurfacing with CO2 Laser (3 Sessions)

Fractional CO2 laser resurfaces skin texture at a dermal level across three sessions. Collagen regeneration reduces pore size and refines surface irregularities structurally. Visible improvement is often seen after the first session.
