How much is the consultation fee?
Our consultation fee is £30, which will be deducted from your treatment cost if you proceed with the treatment on the same day. However, please note that this deduction does not apply to skincare purchases.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a £40 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel last minute or do not attend your appointment, you will lose your deposit.
Can I return skincare products?
We do not accept returns on skincare products. All sales are final.
